Because our pieces are handmade with care, we maintain a limited return policy.

✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
An unboxing video will be required

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• Change of mind
• Slight variations in color/texture (due to handmade nature)
• Minor differences caused by screen lighting
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized orders

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
